December Seminar and Fun Run
All Things Safety- December 17th

Come to Running Unlimited's Free Seminar pertaining to precautions all runners should take before hitting the trails, roads, or paths. We will be hosting a special guest speaker from the Palatine Police Department to discuss basic running safety questions we all might have. We will be covering everything from safety gear to necessary safety precautions when on a run.
